“Can you show this on a real cat?” I wish. 😂 Mos “Can you show this on a real cat?”

I wish. 😂

Most of my feline patients are wrapped up like little burritos during treatment. If only my feline patients would volunteer for demonstrations… 😹

Many cats hide discomfort incredibly well. By the time they stop jumping onto furniture or seem less playful, they’ve often been compensating for quite some time.

Hopefully this makes it easier to see some simple stretches and massage techniques you can try at home.

💡 Remember: these techniques are for healthy, comfortable cats. If your cat seems painful or suddenly changes their mobility, it’s always best to have them assessed first.

🐶 Is your senior dog slowing down? As our dogs ag 🐶 Is your senior dog slowing down?

As our dogs age, it’s common for their legs to become weaker over time. Alongside appropriate veterinary care and treatment, there are also gentle techniques you can learn to help them feel more comfortable at home.

In this video, I’m demonstrating one of the simple massage techniques I often share with fur parents to help support dogs with weaker legs.

Remember, every dog is different. If your dog has sudden weakness, persistent pain, or difficulty walking, it’s important to have them assessed before trying home exercises.

💛 Save this Reel so you can refer back to it. Your dog doesn’t need to be in pain to benefit from this. Let me know in the comments: does your dog love this stretch and massage?

This pup has a weaker left hip, so here are a few exercises we’re working on together to build strength and confidence.

Because rehabilitation is a team effort. 💛 Every dog is different, always tailor exercises to your pet’s needs. 🐶
